It is not a villa, it is townhouse. Positive: Quiet Negative: It is not villa. It is a townhouse. False advertisement on booking.com. The picture of house shown is actually of common area, and swimming pool for all users in the community. It has 2 bath and 1 powder room.

BEWARE RENTING AT THIS PROPERTY FOR PREDATORY TOWING!! We will not rent here again ever and recommend not renting here until the HOA changes its parking policies. My wife told me to make sure to not park on the road or sidewalk. However, the driveway is not that large so even though we were parked on the driveway, the end of our van hung over the driveway and partially onto the sidewalk. One could have easily still walked or ridden a bike by the van on the sidewalk. However, we woke up early the next morning to go to the parks and our car had been towed. We thought it was stolen at first so we called 911 and figured out it had been towed. This HOA has a “strict” towing policy, which means they give no warnings and unreasonably tow for a minor infraction of any overhang on the sidewalk. While the rental unit was fine, it is clear this HOA does not want VRBO renters there so I recommend not going there. The Owner/manager sent us a form message when we told them we were towed which suggests this happens often. We recommend to owner to make the disclaimer about parking on the property more prominent and put a large notice at the unit so some other unfortunate person trying to enjoy their vacation does not fall prey to this scam. It seems the tow company and/or HOA are making additional money from tourists at our expense. The 250 fee I had to pay to get the car out of impound and the related time and hassle tainted our trip enough we can’t recommend this place.

This was a great place to stay for family! It was clean and the perfect amount of space for our family of 5. Only about a 20-30 minute drive to the Disney/universal parks depending on traffic so this was super convenient! I’d give the host 5 stars as they were extremely accommodating, quick to respond if we needed anything, and very kind. I’d stay here again and recommend it to others!
